Sri Sri Ramakrishna Birthday Celebration - 2026 Report

Vivekananda Vedanta Society celebrated Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna's birthday on Saturday, February 21. The ritual worship began around 10:30 a.m. Swami Ishatmanandaji led the chanting and singing and also discussed the significance of Sri Ramakrishna's advent as an Incarnation in this age. Octavia, Indranil, Debashish, and Sumit spoke on the topic, "Sri Ramakrishna: As I Think of Him." Arpita served as an emcee. After offering flowers, the devotees partook of prasad lunch. About 150 attendees enjoyed a spiritually uplifting day together.
